Your booth cost six figures. Did it work?

We put cameras in your booth and count every visit. You see how many people came in, how long they stayed and which stations held them, live during the show and in a report after it.

Eight questions. If it's a fit, you book a call on the spot.

A typical 3-day show costs about $13K, cameras and crew included.

Badge scans only count the conversations

The people who walked in, watched a demo and left never reach your lead count. So when leadership asks what the booth did, you have a scan total and some photos. We give you the traffic, the time people spent, and what they stopped for.

The numbers you get

From booth design to report

  1. Send us your booth design. We place the cameras on your 3D model and show you the coverage before anything ships.
  2. We install during build. Our crew mounts the cameras, or your AV vendor does it from our plan at no extra charge.
  3. You watch it live. Your back-office screen updates all day, and we monitor every show day remotely.
  4. You get the report. We send the totals, hour-by-hour traffic and station results, usually the day after the show closes.

Privacy and footage

We count people and time their visits. No facial recognition, no age or gender guessing, and no personal data in your results.

You decide what happens to the footage. We delete it the day after we process it, or we hand it over and it's yours to keep.

Questions

How far ahead do we need to book?

At least 2 weeks before the show opens. We build the camera plan from your booth design in a week, and it has to be ready before move-in.

Who installs the cameras?

Our crew, or your AV vendor from our plan. If your AV vendor installs, we don't charge for install.

Do we need someone on site?

No. We monitor remotely through the show. Add an on-site operator for $1,500 a day if you want one in the booth.

Can you count unique visitors?

We report visits. A camera can't tell that a guest who leaves and comes back is the same person, so we don't claim uniques. If you scan badges or hand out wristbands, we can set those counts next to total visits.

Will the cameras stand out?

They're small dome cameras. We place them on your structure from your design, so your builder can plan for them.

We do several shows a year.

Your second show with the same booth costs less, because we already have the camera plan. Book 3 or more shows together and the software costs 10% less (15% for 6 or more).

We're an agency or exhibit builder.

Pick "agency or exhibit builder" on the form and we'll talk through how this works across your clients and shows.
